12 miles on the road?

Sorry to just be getting to this.. I had a well deserved vacation in florida..

My guess is what you suggested.. Farm Country versus "suburban" NYC (60 miles north of the city). The roads around here are clogged with SUVs going way too fast.. considering most of the roads were layed out in the 18th century! They probably want to make sure we have lights and all. I don't drive the roads much, so I don't have the plates.

California:

• A city ordinance states that a $500 fine will be given to anyone who detonates a nuclear device within city limits.
