Hi billp, I did this a couple of years ago to my CC 3240. I came right off the positive battery terminal and straight into an inline fuse (20A I think) to be safe. Continued on to a push/pull on/off switch (kind of like the old headlight switch in the old cars) which I mounted on the dash in a convenient place. Then out of the switch to the positive side of the plug for the sprayer. I just found a good grounding point for the negative side of the plug. On my 3240, I have a small toolbox under the seat. I ran the wires up into this toolbox and left a couple of feet of slack. When I hook up the sprayer, I just open the toolbox and pull the wire out and plug it in. When I'm done, it get's stowed away. I'll try to take a few pictures if I get a chance tomorrow. BTW - I found the switch at a boat store. I was looking for something that would be water resistant and figured a boat store would be a good place to start. Don't forget the fuse! And put it as close to the power source (battery in my case) as possible. Also, use heavy gauge wire, heavier than needed just in case, with good heavy insulation. Then make sure you don't route it near anything that moves, any sharp edges, or anything else that might cut the wire. But just in case something does happen, you have the fuse!
Also, I would definately put a switch in the circuit somewhere. It works great for turning the sprayer on and off. I use it when crossing drives and around areas I don't want to spray.
Good Luck, let us know how it goes. I'll try to post some pictures.
