<font color="red"> Uh oh, bad news while playing around with it some more today, I noticed it was leaking from teh bottom of the valve, instead of the top like last time. I gave Terry a call and he said they can't repair the bottom of the valves so having no other choice, I bought a new one for $500. </font>
Uh oh. Aside from the complicated guts, the valve is basically a stack of square washers with big skinny o-rings between them, held together with four bolts. Attached is a picture of my disassembled unit. My guess is the tech misaligned an o-ring when he rebuilt the unit, or he didn't torque the tie bolts correctly, or one of your hose fittings is leaking. Before spending $500, you might see if you can spot exactly where the oil is seeping out. Try cleaing everything really well and sprinkling talcum powder on the whole thing. Then when you turn the wheel, the leaky spot will wet and discolor first. If it's between the washers, the PT tech messed up. If it's at one of the hoses, well...
