I am in the final stages of finishing a CADLoader for my YM1500D and have a question regarding the hydraulics. I have purchased the new control valve for the loader and will be inserting this in-line on the high pressure line between the pump and the three point cylinder. It has a "Power Beyond" port which feeds the three point cylinder. It also has a return port that needs to dump fluid from the loader cylinders back to the reservoir, which in this case is the rear gear box. Is there a port or a tapped hole on the three point cylinder/control valve assembly that can be used to dump fluid back into the gear box?

There probably is a connection point but DO NOT do it. I connected my FEL off the 3 Pt feeds and returned back through them and there isn't enough flow volume. I have draft control and the valves restrict flow, consequently, my FEL is slow. I am waiting for better weather to replumb.
Take the return back to the point you first picked up hydraulic pressure. If you picked up pressure from out of the pump (cut the high pressure line) then go right back in to the system there. There is little chance of effecting the rest of the hydraulic system. If you are picking up pressure at another point go back there, but make sure there aren't any volume issues.

blackD, reread Gerlacr's post again, he is doing it exactly the right way. He cut into the high pressure line and is returning to the 3 point from the power beyond. This spring when you do yours it will be a big improvement. and your loader capacity won’t be limited by the 3 point valve bypass.
Len is right, return the oil fill hole, you can get a fitting that will screw in and has a right angle JIC built in.

Where do I find one of these filler tube extensions with a right angle fitting? I assume you are referring to the oil fill hole with the plastic cap that is about an inch to an inch and a quarter in diameter that is mounted next to the gear shifter and dip stick. Can I use some common low-pressure hose for the return line since there is virtually no back pressure. I can use a slightly larger ID size to insure no restrictions.

I will measure it and see what the dimensions are for the filler adapter, it is metric. You can buy them through hydraulics shops or the like, or any one of us dealers that sell hydraulic parts. It is low pressure but I still use high pressure hose. The oil can get pretty hot and if it were to get pulled off then you would get one hot shower. You can use a larger hose if you want and it will speed up your multiple spool retracting operations.

I have an F16D that is plumbed with the power beyond as described above, but the loader is still pretty slow. Is there an adjustment that can be made to dump more fluid through the return line, rather than sending it all back to the 3 pt and then to sump? I noticed that if I disconnected the PBY hose, the loader moves very quickly.
Also, I would be interested in the measurement for the 1500D hole and/or the part. I know someone that needs one of those so he can set up PBY on his tractor.

The rear gear box on my 1500D has cover plates on each side that are about 2" in diameter and are secured with three screws. They are located above the normal fluid level and must be for some uninstalled feature. One of these would be a nice candidate to install a hydraulic fitting for the return fluid. R & R would be simple. Any thoughts?

Assuming you are using an open center valve, you need to tap into only the pressure line. DO NOT put a tee in the line . Cut a small section out of the pressure line and connect the hoses as followes.
The line from the pump should go into the hole on the valve marked pressure or inlet. The other hose from the valve goes back into the pressure line going to the back of the tractor.
