My old 1520 was that way. When I added the BH on it, the dealer adjusted the relief valve. It always seemed a little light with hydraulic pressure. Lifting the front of the tractor required me to push up on the FEL lever and slightly push the forward pedal and up it would go. Honestly that was the ONLY drawback to that machine. That was a great machine and probably why they continue to sell them today but with more horsepower. I found 23 HP to be more than enough for 99% of the tasks. It was easy on fuel too!
