1528 with fel ... 9X3 Transmission question

Where is the gear lever located on this tractor? I suppose to test drive one today but the dealer on has a hydro.

I'll be comparing against L3130 and FarmTrac 300DTC.
The 1533 was about 1300.00 higer than the Kubota.
The FarmTrac is about that much lower than the Kubota.

9 x 3 gears I believe are located on the left side of seat, inside of fender, or at least thats where they are on the MF 1523. They are not under the seat like I think some of the older model Massey "compacts" were.

Both are on the LH side incorpoated into the LH fender. Range lever is an inline shifter. Transmission lever is an H pattern (1, 2, 3, R). Makes getting on and off the tractor a breeze.
