Hi, well i hope they don't find out about mine might be frowned upon. The dealer checked the pressure and i also checked it myself, it was up to spec but it still wouldn't pick up a bucket full of dry dirt out of the pile, unless you backed up. The manual don't show anything about the pressure relief valve, but i just graduated as heavy duty truck mechanic , and i have helped the mechanics at the coal mine i work for, and i am the neighbor-hood equipment mechanic as a side job, so i figured i could figure it out. (Sorry about the background info, just wanted to make sure no one thinks i have no experience with this stuff) The valve is on the right side (sitting in the seat) under neath the joystick valve, it has slot for flat screw-driver, and a lock nut to hold it. I could turn the screw while it was on the tractor (paint was holding from turning) So i took the nut and all loose and unscrewed the whole thing and don't it on the bench where it was easier than on my laying on my back. ( It has been awile since i done this, my memory not the greatest)
I don't know how much i turned it or what pressure it is at now, i just turned it a 1/4 turn at a time then tried it until i got it where i wanted it. It will just start to pick the back tires up now, with oversized R-4s loaded, with 800 lb blade on. I hardly ever push it this far though.
If anymore question just ask.
