That is technically a suction screen. You just need to clean it out with brake cleaner or such and not replace them. But if you cleaned it or replaced it, it should be good.
The valve in the center under the seat is just the 3 point lowering valve. You adjust it to set the speed you want the 3 point attachments to lower so they don't go crashing to the ground. Should not affect this if you 3 point is moving up and down.
Before you tear into too much more, I would make sure none of the steel lines are damaged. It is possible to have them collapse from someone hitting something with the tractor. I would also pull all the banjo bolts and make sure they are clean and clear.
What I would do next.
I would disconnect the position control link. #9 on page 9 of the file I posted. If you move this around and leave the control lever in one position, it will cause the effects and sounds you might hear. I would do this to see if there is a position of the feedback lever that makes the squealing go away. This would indicate that this is out of position. You need to also verify the position lever is connected and moves freely.
If no big discovery there, I would then crack the banjo bolt for the pump output to the valve. This is the smaller top line near the seat #3 page 3. This will make a awefull mess and oil will pump out everywhere, but it the squeal goes away, then that tells you that the issue is in your valve cover and controls under the seat.
If it's in the valve control, then you need to decide if the valve needs to be pulled and rebuilt or adjusted. You might be able to pull the poppet valve and the spool valve without pulling the full valve apart.
What you are explain is what I have seen when the position control valve/linkage is not properly adjusted. But when that is the case, it is usually only in the full up position. If your 3 point is going up and down and squeals thru the full range, then there seems to be another issue. The poppet or the spool valve could be stuck or dirty.
Can you post a pic of the side where you disconnected the loader?
