I stripped the PTO gears (overloaded it), and much to my surprise when I opened up the rear transmission I found out my 1710 has Live PTO. But I have the non-syncromesh transmission. Is this possible? The implikcation is that I also have a dual clutch, which has been acting squirlly for a long time now. Is there a web site which will decode the Identification Number and tell me exactly what kinda animal I've got?
