1739e DPF issues

I have a 2016 1739e Massey. It has been a great tractor until lately. The DPF light started kicking on and staying on, then it would trigger the engine light. Recently it started beeping and cut to 1500 rpm's. This all started happening right at 500 hrs. I took it to the dealer and they said they needed to clear the code and there was a certain way to let it cycle thru the dpf cycle. After having it for 2 1/2 days I called to find out that apparently the code wouldn't clear and they have my tractor stripped down and working on things?!? So I will take that fight up with them, but has anyone else had DPF issues around the 500hr mark? Any DPF cycle issues?

Is there any chance you have a sensor issue on the tank itself?
Honestly I got no real life experience here so just speaking out of my butt.

I would reconsider the "fighting" part.
You took it to the shop.
Let them make the repair.

Have you been replacing both fuel filters regularly - especially the little one on the bottom? If it plugs up it will melt the burner.
