The nice thing about the 180 there is no center pivot arm. The tilt cylinder is directly linked to the quick attach plate. The lift cylinder is linked to the end of the arms so any load is supported directly by the cylinder. So there is no cantilevered load like the 422's and up

Beechwood,

thanks for the heads up on the 180 Hose's /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I just examined my hose's. Not only are the cylinder brackets / tubes, cutting into the hydraulic hose's, but also where they are coming from under the console.

The frame cutout and cylinder are both cutting into my hose's. You just saved me a lot of time and money.

I have not even used my PT that much as of yet. For now I just put heavy industrial electrical tape around the area and re-arranged the hoses until I can work on it the right way.

Thanks again, another example of why this forum is so great.

It looks great! Very inspirational work Beechwood! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Makes me think that if I am going to the time and expense to make a fixed BH attachment maybe I should just spend the extra time and money and add the third cylinder.

I'll also have to check my hoses. I think I put around 60 hours on my 180 since spring so hopefully they are not damaged too bad.
