Yep, I priced it all and it's table saw and router DIY. A lot of the moulding I can't duplicate or have milled (no planer knives available) and all has to be replaced.

A barn is a different story and wouldn't be lived in. It can be a real trial living in a construction site for a while. Big difference in wiring, plumbing, asthetics, etc. also Time is really the problem. To rebuild economically, it has to be DIY. If one has a job, he spends off time building (and farming in my case) The time involved in being the one man crew and not spent with family is expensive and irreplaceable.
