So I removed rubber that covers hyd fluid fill. Mice have nested in the tunnel towards engine. This stink is not nice when trans tunnel gets hot! I want to pour diesel down that area but don’t want to lube the clutch or otherwise cause damage. I can grab pieces of nest with flex nut and bolt 4 finger grabber but area is not easily accessible, can’t get it all.
Anybody have pics of the tunnel forward? Or any ideas on getting resolved?
Thanks in advance Dave

Just brain storming, but how about compressed air or a leaf blower? Mice nests are not usually packed in like a bird's nest, usually kind of loose. If that works to remove the nests, then spray with brake/carb cleaner to get rid of the smell. Should evaporate quickly, leaving your clutch as it was.
