1850 or 2350 for me?

Noticed your'e asking abount dump truck volumes. An 1850's or 2350's loaders only have a 71" height reach from their center pin and their dumping clearances are around 53". Can't toss much dirt into trucks that are> 1ton & you wouldn't clear the side boards on a 6 or 10 wheeler

Buster57 sorry you had a bad experience w 1850.. we both love ours and will only trade when our jobs become to big to do with the 1850 or we get some extra Play $... ? did your dealer and Kubota fix your problems? I think some of these minor bugs are being worked out, and even though they are a pain in the but, if they promptly fix them, like some new cars, we should be a little tolerant.. just my 2 cents

The marketers for these machines are quite savvy. We gravitate toward the bigger, faster, stronger or "more powerful" machines when in fact the difference in the BX line up is negligible. The only exceptions is the interest in a BH or running a 60" mower. The real world work capability is near identical for all the BX models. What is not negligible is the price and there is where the real world difference is. In the end, you have to purchase the machine that will make you happy.

i wont be loading anything, i will be getting fill delivered, and will need to moe it

As a finish mower( i have 54 inch deck) it does a truely awesome job.. my neighbor mows with a toro 38 inch recycler and I had to go over 3 times last summer to help him unclog his machine and cut his thick wet grass that kept bogging his machine down... My other neighbor has his professionally? cut and my lawn looks better and is the envy of the neighborhood, plus you will love cutting your own lawn at your own pace as may times as you want and loook cool doing it on your Kubota

One thing I will give the BX-1850 is that it is one heck of a mowing machine!

The Kubota 54" deck is one of the finest finishing decks I have ever seen. I compare it to Scag or John Deere and it hold it's own very well.

The Kubota BX-1850 excels in this area for sure.

Buster57.. I do love the finish cut of this machine... I have not experienced the minor problems others have had, I have made my dealer aware of these issues that others have had, and they assured me that if I experience them that they will be taken care of.... i did look and am dreaming of upgrading to a 7800 or 3030... I think what i will do is in a yr. or 2 when I bring it in for service, I will have a new Bseries delivered, and I can tell my wife that they made a mistake on my machine and this is what they offered me as a fix..

Now that's creative.

I'd probably just get a b-series delivered and my wife wouldn't be able to tell. I might go so far as to say, "look honey - they cleaned my tractor!"
