1920 front wheel leak

Looking at the part diagram there are two seals in this section. I have never replaced one before but am curious if I should do both or what do you guys suggest as I am not sure if both seals are needed.

You can replace either one without disturbing the other. I'd change only the leaking one. BTW, the same part fits both locations.
