Help: Boomer 37 front axle seal part number problem

Have a NH boomer 37 (2016-ish) where the front axle seal started leaking.
Opened it up and found the shim had disintegrated and screwed up the seal.
Ordered replacement seal and shims, but they don't fit.
OIL SEAL MT40188939
It was superseded by MT40334121,
Ordered both, neither fit, the axle shaft is too thick.
Local dealer looked at it and seems to think that there is a revision.
There is a sleeve on the axle shaft, but if that is removed the new seals are far to loose.
Tried to get info from corporate, but their default is ask the dealer.
The dealer hasn't been useful for the last 9 months.
Hoping someone on here may have info, or know a knowledgeable or connected mechanic/dealer who can help get the correct part number.

Any chance that somehow they put the wrong seal in the package? The reason I'm asking this, is because when checking Messicks for parts and seeing the picture of the seal for both part numbers, the dimensions marked on the seals are the same. Granted the pictures don't always match the product, but still.

I actually bought several of each part number, from several sources. I think the only difference in the part numbers is who actually manufactured it. They all look and measure identically, and none of them fit.

If you can get the dimension of the seal that is already in there, I can look it up in my IBI book and possibly get a list of part numbers.
