Thanks for jumping in, your fathers tractor is one of the few tractors that really stand out at a huge two cylinder show like New York puts out every couple years. It was a beautiful tractor and I hope he comes back to the NY show some time as I would love to get some better high-res pictures for my collection.

When he was at the NY show in 2003 (I think that was the year) he had a great display. His tractor is the first tractor that comes to my mind when I think of the NY shows, second is a beautiful JD 6030 (that was a monster) and the other tractor was a custom JD lawn mower that a guy made articulate, put duals all the way around and a custom degelman blade on the front.

Do you happen to know if your father plans on coming to the New York Two-Cylinder clubs show in 2009? If not what shows does he take it to (if he does that is) in the NY, PA or Oh areas as I would love to see it again.

Once again, thank you for posting and posting a better picture for every one to see.

Quite a story! I see it is a former Oklahoma tractor and that he has brought it back this way before. Is it coming to any shows down this way again?

Hmm.. cute... and kinda telltale.. since most JD's arounf here cost so much they would ahve to be made of gold .. etc..

Thanks for the welcome David!

Robert and Chh.

Dad is waiting to see which shows will be featuring Deere痴 in 2008. However the two shows that I think He would like to go in the general areas that you guys asked about are Pawnee OK and Springfield OH.

Anyone have any questions feel free to ask.

Oh here is something that you may not know. Dad kept several pieces of the original sheet metal that has the gold paint on it. It seems that when it was repainted green they didn稚 do a good job of coverage of the gold paint.

Is your dad going to take a few pieces of the original sheet metal to the shows so people can see what it looked like? I know I would enjoy seeing it. Also, once the show season rolls around, if you could, would you please confirm what shows he is going to? Thanks for taking the time to chat with us.
