Originally the front seal on the factory pump was blowing hydraulic oil into the crank case and overfilling the engine. Now however the hydraulic oil starts puking out the vent, so I started catching it. If hydraulics puked a quart, engine oil is low a qt. I don't know if the systems cross paths anywhere but this sure leads me to believe they do..

Any ideas?

I'm thinking it's just a fluke. Totally different systems, and do not cross. Like you say, hyd. can get into the crankcase via the bad pump seal. But the hyd. reservoir is separate in the torque tube, and has the capacity of 5.5 qts.

Is it a possibility you over filled the hydraulics, and getting warm makes it overflow..?? I'd be checking for an engine oil leak, possibly down low. Front/rear crank seal, or oil pan, if nothing showing on the sides of the block. Remove the sheet metal cover plate on the bottom of the torque tube/bell housing, if nothing showing up front. That much oil, it should be dripping somewhere.
