jd110 - Thanks for the parts info. I had a lot of slop in my 3010 D syncro-range shifter and some gears were getting almost impossible to engage. I ordered exactly the parts you identified (Green Parts Store had them) and when I disassembled the syncro-shifter assembly, found wallowed-out holes in the old parts and the bronze sleeve bushings quite worn. With those parts replaced (2-3 hour job) it now works great. Can easily select any gear.
