Buying Advice 1964 International 424

Have an opportunity to buy a 1964 International 424. I believe the PTO shaft seal leaks. But other than that the tractor is in good shape and runs good. It has been stared inside and well maintained. What should I expect to pay for a tractor like this.

We used to figure a dealer was going charge at least 20% over & above auction price to cover a few light repairs, cleanup etc., on a decent little tractor.

Never used one, but I'd imagine they are sweet little tractors with power assist steering, and 8 spd. trans. Do realize it's going to burn about 3 gallons of gas per hour on heavy drawbar work, or PTO work such as bush hogging. That data per the Nebraska horsepower testing.
