I HAVE 1969 FORD 3000 TRACTOR ITS HAS A SIMS INJ PUMP IT LEAKS FUEL OUT THE OVER FLOW AT IDLE. I CHANGED OIL IN PUMP DID NOT HELP ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX,OTHER THAN REBUILDING PUMP

There is no quick fix. A pump rebuild is in order. Until then, drain off the fuel/oil mix as soon as you see it overflowing and refill with fresh oil to the proper level. No need of damaging the pump's cam and followers more than necessary.
