1969 MF 135 price help, issues w tractor

I have a 1969 gas 135. I bought it with our property. I now have a new tractor and want to sell this one. I think it has a weak valve, it smokes and misses under acceleration. It is in typical shape for a 1969, leaks oil and sputters. We put $2000 on the tractor. Is this a fair price? I think it may need a valve job, what is a typical valve job cost?

Is it 3 or 4 cyl. gas? Also a lot depends on the condition of the tires and the hydraulics.....a pic. would help. BobG in VA
