Dad has a 1979 MF245 with the Perkins 3cyl diesel. The Injection Pump is leaking from the top at the throttle rod that comes up through the top. I've found new pumps for $700 (waltstractors.com part UM30271) but is there a way to fix the leak without a new pump? Any advice would be great. Looking for a fix that is not too complicated...
