- 1989 john deer 110 loader
Hello i have a john deere 110 that has been a nightmare, tractor operates fine until the engine is up to temp. then i lose forward pedal on the hydrostatic transmission. it wont let me do a manual recalibration until it cools down, things that have been repaired or replaced are.
repaired corroded orange wire (673c) at junction. also inspected complete harness from pedals to hst controller. replaced forward pedal potentiometer and adjusted to spec at BOT and TOT, adjusted reverse pedal also, split the tractor in two and replaced both forward and reverse proportional solenoids. the only thing that has not been replaced is the HST controller. local john deere dealership said that they have never sold a controller.
HST service code flashes forward pedal potentiometer when it stops working.
any help would be appreciated if anyone has run into a similar situation?
