If your tractor has a performance monitor(pictured), then it can be done by anyone with the instructions on how to do it from the technical manual. If not equipped with that, then you can plug one into the diagnostic plug to do it if you can find one or borrow one from another tractor. Other than that, then it most likely needs to be done by a dealer. It is a fairly complicated procedure so a technical manual is a must. Hydraulic oil needs to be heated to 40*C before it can be performed also.
