1998 jd 338 with kuhn accumulator

My dad traded our 24 model jd baler for a jd 338 an kunh accumulator. It stacks 10 bales together ata time an I plan on purchasing a matching grapple for loading the hay. My thing is after the purchase was completed we were at parts house an an older gentalman said we will absolutely hate the setup. That u constantly have to get off tractor to make the stacks tighter or the grapple won't pick them up properly. Does anyone have any experience this setup? Kinda made me sick when I heard this.

I have no experience with a Kuhn accumulator but find it hard to believe it won't work properly because Kuhn normally builds good equipment.

just get a grapple with a guard on the back/side....push the stack fwd and to the right to tighten it up before you hook it with the grapple claws.
