IMHO I think your being a little harsh on AGCO Think about what You posted,This is a 21 year old tractor! How many of these where bought new , when was the version of this engine upgraded , was this the last year for that engine version. Iseki has been around since 1920 & most engine parts can be found under Iseki brand & not all tractors models have a strong aftermarket source & that is true of all manufactures & aftermarket , It's about supply & demand & it does cost a manufacture allot $$$$$$$ to have the tool & dyes to reproduce obsolete parts & not to mention having it sit in there inventory & parts that are not being sold usually get bought by a wholesale co. & once they are gone there gone. I have a 1959 M-F 50 & fortunately I can get every part I have needed for it . Why? because this model virtually remained unchanged for 8 years & the engine remained in production for at least 12 years ( gasoline ) & they sold thousands of these tractors! So there is a demand for parts & plenty of NOS, used, & reproduction parts for this tractor & parts I can't find I've been able to get thru AGCO . In hindsight I would never buy a tractor at a auction without being able to research it before hand.On 2nd thought, make sure you can get a gasket set before you start tearing it apart.
You can if you're in the UK, not so sure about here.
AGCO just got crossed off my list. I won't buy from a manufacturer that restricts parts availability.
Good luck.
