1st mow of the season

I put on quite a show; I threw the string trimmer, ripped my shirt off and ran and jumped in the pond. She and the kids thought I had gone mad.

LOL If I woulda seen that I probably would've laughed my head off!

2 Years ago I was mowing out front at my Grandma's house with a Walk Behind mower. They way her house is it's surrounded by woods and there's a Front-Front yard in front of the wooded areas. So I was mowing this small area (probably 30ftx30ft) and I was on my second pass and all of a sudden, sharp pain in my left leg Yep, wasp sting. So I get out there as fast as I could (not even fast at all). And then I had to walk all the way back to the house and of course she has a 200ft Driveway
It was the worst Bee sting I even felt

My first mow got about 10ft of "high-dollar-no-kink-cold-flex" garden hose and I locatged 10 bricks. Bricks!? Where did they come from? Must have germinated over the winter.

I got my father in law to knock down 2 acres around the house. Woo Hoo. I love free labor.

performed the first mow of the season the usual ritual this years R.I.P. included the stuffed rabbit now missing a few body parts and stuffing- the missing dog leash- the deflated soccer ball- several articles of clothing of unknown origin-road kill possum or other(all looks the same after the mower hits it) cannot wait till I mow the pasture out back I not sure if I will top mossroad hitting a turkey but mowing season has just started post what ever you have found while mowing so I can chuckle also

Some places I have mowed 4 or 5 times since 4/10/9.
Some spots look like they were never mowed 2 or 3 days after mowing them.
Grass has been growing alful fast around here.
