1st real problem with my TC24

I need to get it into my new shop to start real work on it. I actually took it home yesterday, it has been at my office/warehouse for the past couple of months. I got it running and actually can move it, barely. I think the carb is going to be a problem, sometimes it fires up, sometimes not. The starter motor will have to be replaced. The tracks I got are in decent shape, but while they are on, they are very loose, and I have better facilities at home for auto or tractor type work than exist at the warehouse. I'll get to pictures when I get around to messing with the body panels.
