having some lava soap or like to clean hands helps with removing grease from your hands.

I use nitrile gloves while greasing (according to 4Shorts these are 'smurf' gloves due to the blue color) but Lava soap is still a good idea. No matter how careful, grease just seems to get everywhere.

Not if you use a lock N Lube coupler Well it helps anyway..
