I just picked up to new toys. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

This one is a real old[I think a '44] Gravely L. It is a 5HP model, and runs real good, and looks to be in nice shape.

This is a "newer" 6.6HP Gravely. I think its a LI. The LI's were a little slower, and better for brushcutting, and garden work.

I am not sure of the year of this one, becouse it has no tags on it. Looks to be one of the last 6.6hp tractors.

What are my plans for them? The 6.6 is going to be the work tractor. I have a lot of brush to cut down, and I will set up this tractor to do it. The 5hp tractor? As long as the 6.6 runs good, and holds up, I will fix it up, and maby do some light mowing with it. Its just to nice to rip up.

What attachments do you have for them? I noticed in one of your pictures that there was something that looks like a mower. Is that what it is?

Yup, its a mower. Each one came with a 30" mower deck. One has a heavy weight brush cutting blade, and the other has two crossed lightweight grass cutting blades.

I have a 1962 model LI. It's a SR model. Do you belong to any of the yahoo gravely clubs? A lot of info is passed around on them. Also www.gravely parts.com, is Richards lawn & garden in West Virginia. He Has everything you need for older Gravelys.
