For my 2 cents anytime you change your mix ratio's substantially, you will need to rejet. One of the things I try and get folks to do, when tuning, is to try and eliminate as many variables as possible, same gas, same oil, same ratio's, then start jetting and tuning according to what they want to run.
I run at 72 to 1 so that when I use team gas, my bikes are right
To be honest, I don't think I have seen anyone rejet a chainsaw or weedeater carb other then the competition chainsaws.
We run our two stroke Lawn equipment on the 40 /1 bottles I think they are that come pre-measured, so there is not much thought in the filling process..... Except the time Hanna decided to just put straight gas in a premix can and uh,,,, add the oil later
