I bought a TC 40 A with a 16LA FEL for less than 20,000 from Equipment Depot in Waco. They may not be that far from you. It's a pretty nice tractor and less money than a L4400 anywhere I looked.

By the way, Brookside Equipment in houston advertises a JD 5103, FEL, shredder, BB and trailer for 20,000 and some change. It's a nice tractor but it's 2WD and the bucket, but not the FEL, is QA.
