Well.... Think we figured it out. Last night I was a bleeding fool. Wife wouldn't let me in the bed I stunk like diesel so bad. 
No change even after the bleeding instructions from the owners manual. I put a call into a guy that my grandpa uses for his tractor and after a little investigating he narrowed it down to the fuel pump. We checked the flow from the tank and it was good. Then to make sure it was making it through the filter ok, he checked flow on the other side of it and it was good. This led to the pump, it was getting fuel but wasn't pushing like it should. So I have one on the way from my local shop and should have it in by Friday! Hope it is the fix! Thanks to everyone for the help.
