OK, so first thing I read was you were going to change the oil. Then you cleaned the radiator "inside and out" and noticed it blowing oil out of the "blow by port". I'm wondering if you overfilled the crankcase.

No. I checked it's level. I considered I left the plug loose. Refilled it again tested the level. Ran it a bit and noticed excessive smoke this time coming from underneath. It was coming from a hose that while running was spewing oil. The hose was connected to the top of the valve cover. I also at time I seen a trail of oil where I had already mowed. The tractor had been running hot until I flushed the radiator inside and out. It's likely a blown head gasket or cracked a ring is what a Kioti tech told me.

Is the radiator bubbling when you start it? Or, take the radiator cap off and smell it. If it smell like burned oil it is probably a head gasket.

Sadley the radiator smelt normal. My luck this season has been worst case. The hydro gear went out on my zero turn the other day. I'm replacing that.
