Price Check 2002 TC 45D 4wd Supersteer Price

I have a 2002 TC45 D with a 17LA FEL. It has 130 hours, is 4-wheel drive and has Supersteer and Industrial Tires. The front tires are heavy duty industrial tires.

I also have a Rhino TW72 mower.

Can someone give me an idea of the value of the tractor and the mower? I have sold my land and it is time to sell my equipment.

Gary, I'd say that tractor is worth around $3000 less than you paid for it, but you may have to take less because the warranty is gone. You also have to compete with dealers selling new tractors with 0º interest. All those things might put you in a bind to sell your tractor and make you have to accept less than it's worth. $18,500 to $19,000 is probably a realistic price range.

I'm not sure about the mower, so I'll withhold any "bad" advice on that. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I hate to hear that you have to give up your equipment. Was the property you sold in Southlake or is that where you have moved to? Land there is becoming very expensive very quickly and open land is disappearing. I guess I don't have to tell you that. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I drive through there on 114 every day, so I've seen some huge changes in the last 15 years.

Thanks for the reply. The land was in east Texas and is not appreciating nearly as fast as it is where you are located! I appreciate the imput!
