Thanks for helping spend it up Jay. I guess by a landscape rake, you mean a York rake? Plan on getting one after the bulk clearing and box raking is done since I'll pull up a lot of softball size soft stones and misc. debris.
The scraper is another plan, still lookiing for input on that one. We have a constant supply of auctions here so i'll be keeping an eye out. By the way, the purchase was finalized tonight at $9500, will pickup up Saturday. Thanks for your help.

! By the way to me York rakes = landscape rakes. Keep on the lookout for bargains in the classifieds, local tabloids, "Penny Savers", and stuff you see on the roadside. I obtained a Woods LR108 (8') landscape rake in relatively good condition with dual guage wheels because I was willing to remove it from a debris pile (That's another story.). Jay
