I am looking at buying a lawn tractor to maintain (cut grass and maybe haul yard waste with a trailer) my 1/2 acre property which is basically flat, with the normal obstacles such as kids swingset, garden, etc.
I came across a 2004 T1460 that seems to be a pretty good price when making comparisons in my area.
-I have not been able to come up with specifications such as frame and deck thicknesses, and although it is advertised as a 12 horsepower, they did not specify (Kawasaki??)
-as well I am wondering about the transmission used in this model as well as its serviceability (hydro fluid change for example) as I understand there are unserviceable ones.
Do you think this particular model would be properly suited for my purpose. I of course want to get something that will last for many years to come. I maintain any vehicles and equipment I have very well and it will be stored indoors.
