2005 toolcat 5600 won't drive

I have a 05 toolcat 5600. It won't move. With the arm down the bucket and dump bed both work. If it's in gear and then I put the arm down it shows that I have to put in in neutral (like it should) to go into gear. But it just won't move. Any ideas on what it might be?

Two thoughts. I have an '09 and if there are any codes in the ECU the F-N-R lever won't work. On my machine every once in a while on a very cold start it will stall immediately and a code light comes on. Everything works except F-N-R. If I shut it off and restart it, the code clears and I can then move the machine. The other thing that comes to mind is perhaps the F-N-R unit is wonky.
