Price Check 2006 BX24

Looking to find a smaller tractor with FEL & back hoe for small contruction projects. The big stuff will be done by my sitework guys. I have found a 2006 BX24 with FEL, 60" mid mower deck and backhoe that has 97 hours. Privately owned and garaged with the 100 hour service just completed so they say. Asking price including shipping $4800 (price was confirmed). Looking at the pics it is pristine condition. Unfortunately is too far for visible inspection. Owner wants to do EBAY transaction with 3 day inspection.

From past experience if it sounds too good than it isn't. Never dealt with EBAY and am curious as to what protection the buyer has in these situations.
