It will be a couple weeks before I have a chance to look at it. I am in the process of putting up a metal garage, Poured the slab last week, building comes next week. Once the garage is up and finished I will bring the tractor in and see whats up.
Thanks for all the help.

Update, I took my tractor to the local dealer. I am a little worried because yesterday he told me he didn't think there was anything wrong, today when I talked to him, he said he don't know what it is, it will be trial and error, I should replace the oil pump to see if that fixes it. As I have said before, the tractor sits unused for months at a time, when I started it to begin the excavation for my garage is when the low oil pressure light started coming on, so I changed the oil thinking that was the problem, you know the rest of the story. Any way, I cannot believe the Rod and Main bearings could be worn enough with 330 hours on them to cause such low oil pressure. I got a price for a new engine just in case, I was quoted $4300.00 for a new engine. How many hours do most people get on a ck20 motor?

I don't know if we have any high hour CK 20 members/owners here.
But the engine should last thousands of hours

at LEAST. I have vintage tractors that had their proofmeter STOP in the high 4 digit hours and don't show any signs of stopping any time soon..

Another native Tar Heel resident Apex NC. I have a Kubota BX 2200 @ 560 hours and a Kioti 45 SE that has been used and abused harder than you would believe. I am doing 1000 hour service on it know, no problems at all.
Good Luck

That's Aw some !! That's why I can't imagine my bearings can be bad enough to cause low oil pressure. Thanks for the replies.

OK, Here's an update to my low oil pressure saga. I took the tractor to the dealer a few weeks ago, after some preliminary investigation and questioning Kioti about what might be the problem( Kioti had NEVER heard of such a problem) we decided the best coarse of action would be to check the pressure relief valve first(as it turns out, Kioti has changed this part number several times). This requires removing most of the front of the tractor on my ck20. So, Friday the tech calls and tells me we have 40 lbs of oil pressure at Idle, seems there was a small piece of metal stuck in the valve keeping it open, I am not worried about where the metal came from, the motor does not rattle, knock, tick, smoke, burn oil, have any blow by, I guess on larger engines the pressure relief valve is serviceable, on my tractor it is not( it is a sealed unit) maybe the metal came from the valve itself? (changed part number several times)Anyway, I am very happy we have found the problem and it is a reasonably easy fix. I wanted to update this thread because when I was looking for help when this problem started, I found a few threads but none of them had a resolution. So, a BIG thanks to Jim for his expertise, I am looking forward to having my tractor back.

Attaboy on getting it fixed. With your prompt attention to the issue and the oil pressure never getting too low, you can be reassured that you didn't damage the engine. I'm somewhat surprised that access to the oil pressure relief is so difficult in that model but I guess parts of the chassis of front wheel drive block access. The diagram for a CK25-30 makes removal and replacement look easy:

But apparently that's not the case.
