You need to know the flow capacity of the existing control valve and you can try Surplus Center, or a hydraulic supply house to get a replacement. Most likely it is an open center valve. Is a NH part too expensive? It will probably be a direct fit.

Summit hydraulics or Bailey hydraulics have several reasonably priced joy stick assemblies.
The main differences would be in the body threads and adapters required.

What is wrong with the valve currently on your tractor?

Valve is bypassing bucket drops about 6" per minute I raised the bucket unplugged from the control valve it didn't drop at all overnight .I've never been fond of the joystick on this tractor and was hoping to upgrade

Did you unplug both hoses or just the cap end? Reason for asking is that the cylinder seals could be leaking along with valve. More than one person has found that replacing the cylinder seals solved the drift issue.

Are you unhappy with fine movement -feathering capabilities of existing valve?
