2011 MF1652L Platform 572 hours - electrical issue - ahhhh! HELP!!!

There is power to the fuses.
I tested all positions on the ignition switch for continuity using multi meter. No power flowing.
The Blue wire is the hot wire on the four way connector. It changes to red on the switch side.
Power on the big main cable.
No voltage on relays.
We ran a power draw test and found no parasitic draw.
We jumpered the tractor side of the ignition switch harness but still no power to the instrument panel.

No power flow through the switch but the fuses have power and the blue wire has power? Strange. Normally, the switch controls power to most circuits and fuse box. I would need to see the wiring diagram.
