Well..... we started cutting hay today even with the 3 day forecast not looking so good. LOL.... so far we have bogged down twice.

PMA I can look at the forecast and it changes daily they have 40% couple days a week, then they take it out next day. I think going to see what will cost for a drip irragation and be done with it,have a well already and 220V but may look into the solar, the neighbor suppost to give me info. Tomorrow.

Let us know what you come up with on the irrigation. I've thought about it, but just can't justify the expense.

If it doesn't rain soon, I'm probably done for the season.

It's so dry here that yesterday's cutting would have baled today. I'm just not quite finished cutting. Should finish in the morning, then will start baling around noontime.

I would have to drive off in the pond to bog down here. ;)

Finished cutting before lunch, then hooked up to rake and baler. Rolled 35 rolls before the dew started rising. With any luck, I'll finish tomorrow.

Cut this afternoon, should be baling on Sat afternoon. Looking like 400+ small squares. After we bale, we will cut the last field and get another 4-500 small squares.
