I would hope that you realize that I was being somewhat sarcastic to make a point. I fully understand that grooved concrete on a boat ramp is there to improve traction. I would also hope that any reasonably knowledgeable person would know that ANY brand of todays pickups with 340+ horsepower would shred their tires on such a surface, especially when in low range with a 410 rear and that such a vehicle would have no problem pulling a 15,600 pound boat out of the water.
No way, not with that much tongue weight and grip. On asphalt maybe in a diesel truck but not on this rough concrete. You are going to snap a drive shaft or something. I don't think I could do it with my F350 diesel putting down 500 plus HP and about 800 ft lbs. That boat has 1, 800# of tongue weight on the bumper.
