2015 T4.75 - where is the fuse box?

I have the aforementioned 2015 4.75 with cab. The emergency flashers and turn signals stopped working, so I figured a fuse or a relay. No problem. But uhh... where is the fuse panel in this thing? Google searches tell me, "under the steering wheel on the left side". Not that I can see. I opened up the plastic cover on the steering column. It's not in there. I looked up behind the steering column and can't see much back there. The light grey plastic that covers behind the steering wheel doesn't seem to be removable. Not easily.
Surely, they put the fuse panel somewhere I can get to it, right? I'm stumped.

There are 2 fuse panels. One is on the right side beam of the cab, the other one is under the steering wheel left hand side. At lest it is that way on my ‘13 like that.

From the parts bok, it looks like it has moved to the RH area above the fender. Not sure which panel it is under, but it looks like it is under the panel just under the B pillar. Could also be under the rear panel on that side
