2016 Mahindra 2555 Hst Cab front loader joystick not working

I'm new to forum life. I have a 2016 Mahindra 2555 Hst Cab and the front loader joy stick popped and stopped raising and lowering. I found a small BB sized ball bearing in the floorboard. I raised the boot to have a look and the plastic where a screw on a type of slide is broken. The front vale stem isn't locked in like the back ones. Does any one recognize this problem. Can it be repaired or do I need to order a new assembly?

That retainer plate has obviously come loose, it should be rotated counter-clockwise, pivoting around the screw uppermost in the picture. You should be under warranty, so have the dealer deal with it.
