Hello i have a power star 100 with 1400hrs tractor is crank no start. have been working on it for months. there is 16psi of fuel going to injection pump solenoid on injection is opening no codes present getting fuel out of rail to injector. air intake is not plugged or exhaust. return to tank is open and clear the fuel rail pressure relief valve is not open or at least there is no codes for high pressure or open relief. voltage drop test to starter is less that .5 volts on both ground and positive. new ECU installed and programmed correctly tractor is not deleted. checked timing through check plug holes cam and crank timing lined up perfectly. pulled injectors 2 and 3 easiest to get to bore scope shows nice spray pattern on top of pistons in both cylinders cylinder walls look good from what i can see. all 4 cylinders had compression test done through glow plug holes all was 365 +/- 5 psi tractor has been cranked a lot without starting and i noticed the cylinders 2 and 3 when i pulled the injectors everything was dry no diesel has been being sprayed into cylinders. which i suspect is my fuel issue. problem is when monitoring the tractor on laptop while cranking percent load at current speed will not register and new holland can not tell me nothing about what actually is other than it is a calculation the ECU does. any info on what exactly percent load at current speed would be a huge help and how it is figured. i fill like this is related to my injectors not firing. also fuel pressure setpoint for injection pump is spot on when cranking and monitoring on graph (by setpoint i mean what the injection should be pumping psi and what its actually pumping) also the injection pump has never been off this tractor motor has never been rebuilt no major repairs to this unit at all other than normal maintenance
