2120 Hydraulic Manifold Block

Took my backhoe off my 1997 2120 and cannot locate the Hydraulic manifold block to allow my 3-point hitch to operate. Can anyone help me locate it? The operators manual has a terrible description, bad picture and no help.

Should be right under the right side floor board close to where you disconnected the quick coupling. Is it a Ford backhoe?
