As Soundguy suggests-
I had same happen on my Mitsu and rims are impossible to find.
I hammered the center straight, drilled a blank from plate stock using my good rim as a template and welded the new center to my rim. Naturally I used longer studs to compensate for extra thickness.
At 7-10 MPH balance and alignment is not a concern, while keeping air in and a rim on the tractor is a must.
And that was a couple of years ago, still runs fine.
